THE NEXT COURSE
We’re building toward a smoother journey from finding a Restaurant to sitting down at the table.
These features are planned or being explored. They’re not available yet, and timing depends on testing and partner access.
Explore current menu items, prices, and Dish photos from suitable sources, alongside what Next Course Diners have tried.
Live table availability and simpler reservation handoffs that fit naturally into Restaurant discovery and Dinner Plans.
Refine the quality and relevance of discovery using feedback from real dining experiences and beta testing.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Next Course is in private testing for iOS and Android. Public App Store and Google Play downloads are not available yet. If you’re an invited tester, use the test build shared with you.
Not yet. Dinner Plans help your group choose a Restaurant and a time, and the organizer can record a booking made elsewhere. Live availability and reservation integrations are being explored.
Today, Restaurant pages show Dishes that Diners have logged, which may include their notes and linked photos. That is not a complete menu. You can visit the Restaurant’s website for its current menu while we evaluate suitable full-menu sources.
Your basic Profile—including your username, Profile photo, bio, and follower and following counts—remains discoverable, subject to Blocks and safety restrictions. Only accepted followers can see your Visits, Dishes, photos, and dining summary. Taste preferences and Collections stay private on both account types.
A Restaurant, Profile, or Dinner Plan link takes you toward the right place in the installed app. You may need to sign in first. A link doesn’t change account privacy or grant access to a Dinner Plan you haven’t been invited to.
